Donna Wilczek is Chief Product & Technology Officer at Basware, where she sets the product and technology direction for the world's leading Invoice Lifecycle Management platform, translating complex market and regulatory forces into software that enterprise finance teams rely on to process over 250 million invoices and approve more than $1 trillion for payment each year. A named inventor on 25 software patents, she joined Basware after serving on its board, bringing deep experience from Coupa, where she helped scale the business from early-stage startup to $1B+ ARR, through IPO and an $8 billion take-private by Thoma Bravo. Throughout her career, Donna held leadership roles at Oomnitza, TriNet, and Ketera and consulting roles at IBM and Accenture. She also serves on the boards of Optimizely and Optis Consulting.
